ramp.com homepage teardown: 64/100
Landing page examples › B2B › ramp.com
The hero headline "Time is money. Save both." is a slogan that doesn't say what Ramp does or for whom, so visitors and AI summaries alike can't tell the offer from the first screen.
We ran ramp.com through PageCritic's landing page audit. It scored 64/100, #9 of the 11 B2B landing page examples we scored (average 70) and #57 of all 79 homepages in our ranked list. Its strongest area is Mobile (100), and its weakest is Clarity (25).
Audited on 2026-10-24 from desktop and mobile screenshots plus the page's HTML. The scores are an AI's opinion of conversion best practices, not measured conversion rates, and ramp.com didn't ask for this review. The page may have changed since.

Top 3 issues, with fixes
1. No audience named in the hero
Nothing in the first screen says who Ramp is for; the subheadline "Cards, expenses, bill payments, and banking* – in the blink of AI." speaks to no particular buyer, so a CFO, controller or startup founder has no reason to think 'this is for me'.
Fix: Name the buyer in the subheadline, e.g. "Corporate cards, expenses and bill pay for finance teams of growing companies", and keep the slogan as a secondary line.
2. Headline gives no result
"Time is money. Save both." is a generic saying; it promises no measurable outcome such as hours saved or month-end closed faster, so the reason to click is missing.
Fix: Replace the slogan with a headline that states the result, for example "Close your books in days, not weeks", and move "Time is money. Save both." into a smaller tagline.
3. AI summary doesn't match the headline
An AI reading the page summarises it as a company about cards and expenses, not the slogan, so the headline isn't what machines or search surfaces will carry forward.
Fix: Make the H1 literally describe the product, e.g. "Corporate cards and expense management for finance teams", so the headline and the AI summary agree.
What the ramp.com homepage does well
- The headline is five words set at 64 px in the top-left, so it is the first thing the eye lands on.
- "Join 85,000 of the world's most ambitious companies growing 3.2x faster than the average American business" gives a concrete, measurable benefit with a number.
- The email field and "Get started for free" button sit directly under the headline on both desktop and phone, so a primary action is visible without scrolling.
