flexibits.com homepage teardown: 73/100
Landing page examples › App › flexibits.com
The hero leads with a slogan ("Give Your Calendar Superpowers") and never says who Fantastical is for, so the one-line promise is hard to act on even though the product is clearly identified.
We ran flexibits.com/fantastical through PageCritic's landing page audit. It scored 73/100, #1 of the 10 app landing page examples we scored (average 62) and #26 of all 79 homepages in our ranked list. Its strongest area is CTA (87), and its weakest is Clarity (50).
Audited on 2026-10-24 from desktop and mobile screenshots plus the page's HTML. The scores are an AI's opinion of conversion best practices, not measured conversion rates, and flexibits.com didn't ask for this review. The page may have changed since.

Top 3 issues, with fixes
1. No audience named in the hero
The hero offers "Unify all of your calendars – work and personal" but never says who it is for. Visitors who don't already juggle work and personal calendars have no reason to see themselves in it, and the "Start for Free" click feels less relevant.
Fix: Name the audience in the subheadline, for example "Fantastical is the calendar app for people juggling work, family and side projects." Keep the existing sentence as supporting detail.
2. Headline is a slogan, not a result
"Give Your Calendar Superpowers" is a vague metaphor. It does not tell the visitor what they will get, such as fewer double-bookings or faster scheduling.
Fix: Replace it with an outcome-led line like "See Every Calendar. Never Double-Book Again." and move "Give Your Calendar Superpowers" to a smaller eyebrow label if the brand voice needs it.
3. AI reads the headline only partly
An AI summary of the page takes only part of the meaning from the headline, so the hero message is less likely to be reused in search answers or AI summaries.
Fix: Make the H1 state the product category and benefit in plain words, for example "Fantastical: one calendar for all your work and personal events".
What the flexibits.com homepage does well
- The Fantastical icon and wordmark sit right under the nav and the subheadline says "Unify all of your calendars", so the visitor knows at once what the product is.
- The solid blue "Start for Free" button stands out clearly against the white hero and is large enough to tap.
- Named quotes from 9to5Mac, MacStories, Daring Fireball and The Loop give strong third-party credibility further down the page.
