airtable.com pricing page teardown: 67/100
Landing page examples › Pricing page › airtable.com
The headline "A plan for every organization's needs" is a slogan that names no outcome and no product, so visitors must scan four price columns before they learn what Airtable actually gives them.
We ran airtable.com/pricing through PageCritic's landing page audit. It scored 67/100, #7 of the 14 SaaS pricing page examples we scored (average 67). Its strongest area is Mobile (93), and its weakest is Clarity (45).
Audited on 2026-10-24 from desktop and mobile screenshots plus the page's HTML. The scores are an AI's opinion of conversion best practices, not measured conversion rates, and airtable.com didn't ask for this review. The page may have changed since.

Top 3 issues, with fixes
1. Headline is a slogan, not a result
"A plan for every organization's needs" describes choice, not what a buyer gets. Nothing tells a visitor that Airtable lets them track work, build apps, or organize data, so the strongest real estate on the page says nothing concrete.
Fix: Replace the H1 with a result-led line such as "Run your projects and data in one place, starting free" and move the plan-selection phrasing into the subheadline or the section label above the tiers.
2. No 'why this one' statement
The page gives four tiers with prices but never says why Airtable beats a spreadsheet, a project tool or a database. Without a differentiator, visitors compare on price alone.
Fix: Add a one-line differentiator under the H1, for example "Spreadsheet flexibility with database power, shared with your whole team", tied to the Free and Team cards.
3. Product category is guessable, not stated
Nowhere in the first screen does the page say Airtable is a no-code database or work-management platform. The nav items Platform, Solutions and Resources add noise instead of explaining the product.
Fix: State the category in the H1 or subheadline, e.g. "Airtable is a no-code app builder and database for teams", and keep the plan names beneath it.
What the airtable.com pricing page does well
- The H1 is short at 6 words and rendered at 45 px, so it is the most prominent text on the page.
- The comparison table gives concrete numbers, such as 1,000 vs 50,000 records per base and 100 vs 25,000 automation runs per month, that make the value tangible.
- A blue filled "Try for free" button sits in the first screen on both desktop and phone, giving an immediate entry point.
