framer.com pricing page teardown: 65/100
Landing page examples › Pricing page › framer.com
The headline "Start free, then scale your site" is a slogan that names no outcome or audience, so the first screen leans on a pricing grid that most visitors must decode before they know what Framer does for them.
We ran www.framer.com/pricing through PageCritic's landing page audit. It scored 65/100, #10 of the 14 SaaS pricing page examples we scored (average 67). Its strongest area is Speed & SEO (90), and its weakest is Clarity (45).
Audited on 2026-10-24 from desktop and mobile screenshots plus the page's HTML. The scores are an AI's opinion of conversion best practices, not measured conversion rates, and framer.com didn't ask for this review. The page may have changed since.

Top 3 issues, with fixes
1. Headline is a slogan, not a result
"Start free, then scale your site" tells visitors to start but not what they get. Nothing says the site gets built, published or grows, so the promise stays vague.
Fix: Rewrite the h1 to state the outcome, e.g. "Build and publish a professional website without code", and move "Start free, then scale your site" into the subheadline.
2. No reason to pick this plan
The first screen lists four plan columns with prices and feature bullets but never says why Framer beats alternatives or why this plan fits a given visitor.
Fix: Add a one-line reason above the grid, such as "Free to start, Pro when your team runs its marketing on Framer", taken from the FAQ wording.
3. No customer proof near the top
The only social proof is a "Meet our customers" link further down the page, so the first screen shows no logos, numbers or testimonials.
Fix: Add a row of recognisable customer logos or a short metric (for example a count of sites built) directly under the headline.
What the framer.com pricing page does well
- The headline is short, six words at 54 px, and sits prominently at the top left of the first screen.
- The offer is easy to read: Free at $0 with 500 AI credits, Basic at $10 and Pro at $30 per month appear side by side.
- A refund and trial reassurance is present, and the Free plan removes the card requirement from the decision.
