figma.com pricing page teardown: 62/100
Figma's seat-tier matrix and product suite expansion have turned the pricing page into an overwhelming cognitive maze, burying plan CTA buttons entirely below both desktop and mobile folds.
We ran www.figma.com/pricing through PageCritic's landing page audit. It scored 62/100, #12 of the 14 SaaS pricing page examples we scored (average 69). Its strongest area is Trust (85), and its weakest is Mobile (42).
Audited on 2026-10-18 from desktop and mobile screenshots plus the page's HTML. The scores are an AI's opinion of conversion best practices, not measured conversion rates, and figma.com didn't ask for this review. The page may have changed since.

Top 3 issues, with fixes
1. Primary plan CTA buttons are pushed below the fold
On desktop, the 'Select plan' and 'Contact sales' buttons sit below the fold because the top hero is clogged with redundant AI badges, an icon legend, and triple-tier seat pricing rows.
Fix: Compress the hero header and elevate the plan cards so that each tier's CTA button ('Select plan' / 'Contact sales') is visible immediately upon page load without scrolling.
2. Mobile viewport is almost entirely blocked by banners and prompts
On mobile, the Google One Tap prompt overlays the bottom sticky banner ('AI add-ons now come with 2x more credits...'), leaving only a 10-item icon legend visible and zero actual pricing data above the fold.
Fix: Suppress non-essential sticky promotional banners on mobile pricing views and defer third-party sign-in prompts until user-initiated intent.
3. Severe cognitive overload from the multi-seat, multi-product pricing grid
Presenting Full ($16), Dev ($12), and Collab ($3) seats across 4 tiers with 10 different product icons (Figma Buzz, Figma Specs, Figma Make) creates decision paralysis for buying managers trying to estimate total spend.
Fix: Default to a simple 'Starting at $X/editor' anchor or an interactive seat calculator slider, collapsing secondary seat breakdowns (Dev/Collab) into expandable details.
What the figma.com pricing page does well
- Clean, minimalist layout with high-contrast typography consistent with the Figma design brand.
- Transparent tiered seat pricing (Full, Dev, Collab) that addresses modern cross-functional team structures.
- Clear inclusion of AI credit limits per seat tier directly alongside the monthly dollar amounts.
